Awesome workout today. I think this is the strongest I have felt on Deadlifts in many many many months. I have a theory about why I have gotten weaker on roids and what steps I will take to make myself strong.

DEADLIFT DAY

Deadlift Acclimation Work:
75x8, 105x5, 125x5 and 155x3

Main Events:
C1. Deadlifts 215 kgs x 2 reps, 215 x 1
D1. Overhead Press 90 x 5 PR , 65 x 10

Arms @ 4 sets:
D1. Band Pushdowns No.2 x 50
D2. Band Curls No.1+1 x 25
