Yes it is a really good part of a loss fat plan.
But What are the good diet or good habits? We all know everyone knows, but most of us can't keep it a long period.
get a good diet and good sleep. and more we also should make workouts with professional fitness equipment, just like the Life fitness, Cybex, or Triumph fitness equipment.
Better equipment, higher efficiency your training. good luck

If your calorie imported less than a man need to digestion, then he will loss fat.SO it's hard to eat with low calories and also feel full.

These are good, but Im allergic to most vegetables and some fruit. Which makes it kinda hard to come up with a diet.
