ostarine

been off for about 8 weeeks now and now its time to get ready for summer. i will run this for about 8 weeks and then run some letrozole with peptides.

i am 6'2 255, with visible abs, im looking to add some size and fill out before i run peptides to tighten up for winter cycle. planning tren ace and test prop in winter.

hey guys, yesterday was my first day back in the gym in about 1 week. i did 28 sets upper body free weights as i am hoping to implement a doggcrap style training method in order to pack on the mass quicker. the past 2 days have been cheat days, preparing myself for the upcoming week. (i take 2 cheat days a week and the rest i eat clean)

yesterday i did:
preacher curl with db
overhead tricep extension
pullups
incline barbell bench
dumbbell military press
hyperextensions
dips

also, im doing between 45-90 minutes cardio a day of walking because i can only get to the gym 2 days a week. the rest i try to make up prison style workouts at home and make sure my cardio is done.

weighed in at 245 yesterday, so 10 pounds down from my last cycle. im hoping to get up near 270-275 after this run.

my boladrol is now 8mg a day and 20mg superdrol.

im eating 5-6 meals a day, spread out. im also doing 2 sessions of 45 minute walks. in the middle around noon i do weights. one day its upper body, other day lower body.

starting to get a lot leaner now.

dropped the cardio some, was getting overtrained, ie water retention. i also cut down boladrol down to 4mg preworkout with 20mg superdrol.

eating is off and on, i listen to my body now. if im hungry i eat, if im not, i dont. some days i eat 3 meals, others 5-6 smaller ones. its all a learning process.

decided its best to stay single while on my journey back to the top. im now back on 8mg boladrol, 20mg superdrol and 4 tabs viridex ed with DMAA powder and CEC stack EOD.

so far im slowly filling back out to where i was 4-5 years ago, this time a lot leaner. food is ok, im doing what i can. cardio is back to 2 sessions a day, 45 min walk each time. weight train 5 days a week.
