Day 30..3 off

two lonely little caps in the bottle, will test tomorrow and will push the upper end to test the claim of added strength

yesterdays cals were 2560

5 min elyptical warm up
30 min HIIT cycle #5 setting
planks. 30 second hold....3 x 5
Roman chair knee lifts 10 each plain x 3
crunches 20 x 3
DB side raises 50 x 15 x 2, 60 x 10 x 2, 70 x 6, 80 x 4


Glad to have tried the Stano... in my mind I have the perfect place for it in my next set up.... will post the last test results and then a re-cap.... Thanks for following along... logging seems to focus me... I appreciate all the views...

Day 31..yesterday was last dosing day

yesterdays cals were 2575

#203.1 + 1.6 BF 17.3 -.6
happy with the weight gain, confused as to the up/down nature of the body fat numbers???? Macros off??? don't know...

as always, warmed up with 15 min elyptical then 15 reps at 50% of anticipated max before each lift then...

Flat bench 310 x 3 last rep was a ass kicker but I got it
Military seated 175x 2 failed on num,ber three perhaps this was a lofty increase but I said I was going to press a bit on this last test
Full Squats....300 x 2 third one went up very slow can't call it clean, I was leaning it on the smith posts just in case...

all in all I am pleased...... pro-log to follow tomorrow, I'll have a bit more time to gather my thoughts..

start weight 196.9 end weight 203.1 + 6.2
Start BF 17.9 end BF 17.3 - .6

3RM set up start/finish

Flat Bench 280 to 310 + 30
Militarty Press 145 to 175 x 2 so call it 165 +20
Dead Lift 325 to 350 +25
Squat 300 to 300.. I'm a scardy cat little pussy.... + 000.00

Quantitative..... Looks like the supp worked as it was supposed to albiet not monumentally.... but as a relatively side free, non-methylated supp it might be useful to old guys or people looking for a tweek...weight was up, BF down but weather or not I could have made the same gains simply by extra concentration and effort is up for grabs. as my weight is pretty stable as of late I will attribute the gain to the supp. BF was down without the use of extensive cardio work... I left the cardio minimal and BF was down, I'll attribute that to the supp as well... Lifts were definately up... My focus was spot on and workouts seemed to flow easily, feeling strong and confident to move the weights up may or may not be atttributed to the stanozane...I haven't made a 20 # increase in these lifts in a month without supplementation....so again I'll give the Stano the nod...


Qualitative.... I felt great throughout the run.... no sides to speak of... widows peak looks as it did when I started... wifey noticed the hardening, I feel it, staying post work out tight until mid afternoon ( i work out first thing am, about 6 ) I had confidence moving the weights around and adding poundage. No joint pain (other than knees) so while drying was a bit evident it wasn't to the degree that makes my joints hurt...

I will use this again, probably as an addition to my PCT as the hardening and drive may work well to hold gains made on other compounds.....as non-methylated I had a very little expectation for the supp, I am pleasantly surprised!

This is not the product for a young guy looking for big gains but it definately has a place for oldsters like me who are cautiously seeking a tweek.. as I said before... I will use it again....

It's about two weeks since the end of the run..

current weighht 198 Lost 5 # of the weight
BF is 17.0 thats weird, like that I kept weight and lost BF, I'm thinking that cortisol may be the culprit....... Thanks for the chance to log your Stanozane.....very pleased

Delts and upper chest came up a bit... still have a long way to go but I have all kinds of inspiration around here...and again thanks to you beasts for being supportive of the little guy!
