DAY 6

yesterdays cals were 2680

was very clean except for that chocolate chip cookie.... It was evil and needed to be destroyed!!!

off day today... ramped up water to 1 1/2 gal over the day, urine is lighter but still darker than my norm.....feeling achey today again, I expected the legs to but the arms and back are a surprise.... lower back is tender too???? maybe I had bad form on the squats yesterday...

DAY 7

yesterdays cals were 2585... was probably a little carb heavy....was craving crap all day

was a decent morning outside so opted for a 5 miler with the dog, knees were barking by the end...forgot how the pounding roughs them up....

cooled down with Bw walking lunges, 100 steps out then back

nothing to report on the epi-drol...

EPI has some Properties that lower estrogen. This dry joints may not come as a surprise. When I ran it I always did so with a load of test and didn't experience it as much.

Thanks for the heads up Darkness...I have already seen this when running halo by itself so I'm expecting it to be substantial with the blend....I ramped up the kril oil I was taking from 3000iu am to 3000iu am and pm.. time will tell...using 3 mg DAA throughout will ramp that to 6mg in week three... the blend has long jack in it.. not familiar with this particular test booster so I'm not taking chances...

DAY 8

Yesterdays cals were 2715... I think I'll trim them back abit next week...dog was funny this morning...sat at the end of the bench and kept looking at me like "what the f are you doing?"

15 min elyptical warm up

Flat bench 220 x 12 x 2, 240 x 6, 280 x 3
Rope handle tricep pull downs 100 x 12 x 2, 120 x 6, 140 x 3
45 degree incline fly's 50 x 12 x 2, 70 x 6, 80 x 3
DB kickbacks 40 x 12 x 2, 50 x 6, 60 x 3
weighted dips BW x 12 x 2, 25 x 6, 50 x 3

felt really good this morning... first one in awhile.. flushing seems to have run it's coarse... got the water intake right... feeling hungry..... and cruised through the work out with good focus and agression...I believe the Epi-drol rang the door bell....

can you compare it to the joints people get from winstrol? I can't handle that stuff at 25mg a day past about week 6.

I don't think it's nearly as bad as winstrol. Similar but not near as bad. At least for me it wasn't. I've run both with test. The dry joints from winni are not from lowered estrogen I don't think.

I like the way the EPI made me lol though as it drive some water off me.

can't compare it to winstrol...but this morning I sounded like a box of rice crispies getting outta bed.... more of a nuisance than real pain at this point.. I'll keep you posted...
