I finally feel 100%. I have lost a few LBs. but that is OK. Already have 6 ml banked up will get 4-5 more and then do 250 mg wk for a while.

I haven't done my TRT since my motorcycle accident on 10-15-17. I feel as well as I could expect, most important is the lack of anxiety and my BP is down. I will determine when to go back on based off my recovery. I am still really busted up.

damn warhead. Bike accident is my fear. I wear armored jeans, motorcycle boots, armored jacket and a snell rated helmet but it does not really protect bones and guts. I hope you recover fast man.

RFG, 12 weeks is great. I am about 8 weeks. I feel really good. recovered nicely.

want another 2 months. then spring I should have enough test banked from still getting my scripts to put on a few pounds.

I'm thinking about doing this when the weather breaks. Thinking about circuit training 2x a week, yoga here and there and biking in the hills 2-3 days a week. My cardio gets way better when completely off. I will shrink up and get soft but my cardio vascular system could probably use the jolt.

my cardio is poor as all I do is extra work for comp time, work on the house (sanding walls for texture and paint in 1900 ft2.) and I only train 2X a week in MT.

I do feel pretty good but sex drive is pretty low, and I am weak. My boss asked me if I had HIV (as a joke, our jokes are not like yours) diet and being off trt makes for a skinny ass jipped.

I will kick it into gear when my foot heals up (kicked a knee 2 weeks ago still not better) Probably start trt late february. My cardio goes up as long as I am not hitting weights and I always do a 5K race mid March, I only train 3 weeks but I can't run year long as my SI joint get real inflamed.

Anyway, things are well. it is good to know I can recover and function normally.
