Running 8mgs per day.

Working out 4 days a week m.tu.thur.fri wed, sat & sun are off days.

Diet- high protein, med carbs & fats

Supps- taking a creatine aakg blend pre workout. Post workout whey iso shake w/ bcaas.
No super supplements just my TRT dose.

4 gr omega-3
1.5 gr glucosamine
multi vit
milk thistle

Workout first thing in the morning 3:00am for 1hr Will space out 8 mgs (4 pills) thru out the day.

on my second week of boladrol first week at 4 mg and now at 6 mg 4 mg 30 min before workout and 2 mg 6 hours later. Damn stuff is awesom feel stronger and muscles are fuller and acording to the wife i have increased in size overall body bigger. weight this morning is at 256 lbs started at 246. some sides now are alittle soreness but this may be because i now use heaver weight and go for 4 to 6 reps x3.this stuff is great and will try to run it for 4 weeks staying at 6 mg a day. also im on trt which along with boladrol is makeing me feel bigger stronger and better overall.

Tuesday

Trained chest, shoulders, tris

Blood pressure was the same in the am.

Got an headache after my first dose lasted the rest of the day. This was a mild headache.

Had an increased hunger around supper time. Can't say boladrol caused this a it was day one.

This is an off day

My DOMs / muscle soreness is normal / same as it was prior to taking this supp.

Thursday will be legs & day 3 so We'll have a better look tomorrow.

Trained legs this morning.
Gained 7 reps combined on my last 2 sets. On calves I gained 8 reps on the ast 2 sets combined.

Pump was more intense then normal. The pump didn't last as long as I thought it would be for how intense it was.

Blood pressure normal. Heart rate normal. Sleep there's no change.

I've noticed a dry mouth after taking the tabs. Nothing that would be an issue.

Headaches the first 3 days w/ today being very slight. I believe these will go away.

I'm up 3lbs but I'm confused, I see no water retention in the ankles & have been told my face looks leaner / slimmer.

Are you getting shin splints/ extreme calf pumps from walking even small distances?

^^^ No. No pumps except when I'm training. Today as the day goes along I "feel" my legs but don't have the tired feeling normally associated w/ leg day.

Friday 2-18-11

Trained back again.
Up a couple reps on 2 excercises for back
Bis stayed the same no improvement in reps.
Pump came quickly & stayed while working out.

I've noticed the last 2 days my core temp has risen quickly once I started training. The area I train is around 61 degs (first thin in the morning)

Bp 135 / 82 (higher) just a tad.
Resting heart rate 77 (lower)

Dry mouth still after taking my tabs (no big issue)
Muscle sorness from legs yesterday is less then anticipated.

Overall I don't see anything out of the ordinary yet. This is the 5th day. 4th day of training.

I did notice to day a pump in my legs working into work.
