Sauna after training?

I have started to do this. I sit in there for 15 minutes then stretch to loosen up my bad back. Helps me a lot. Well there are several other benefits as well. Check out this relatively short easy read.

I love hitting the sauna after a workout. It seems to keep me from getting overly tight.

there is a huge difference between one large pulse (even 16X) of endogenous GH and 3-4iu+ of exogenous HGH. the shot wins by sheer volume of hormone.

i am less interested in the GH than I am the heat shock proteins. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_shock_protein

i like it. after a few minutes i just relax. after 10-12 minutes i start to get uncomfortable but not bad
