Hit the pool, ride the bike or row for cardio.

I have never had an injection for pain or inflammation. I just sucked it up. If the pain got too bad, I would avoid that area until it healed. I may have to skip running for a bit. I have a toe sprain I thought would go away, but running 30 miles a week is not allowing it to heal. It wakes me up sometimes.

I might take a break from the treadmill because that knee is a real pain, the pain irradiates into the calf and even the foot. I'm stressing about work. And it will be much worse if I don't do cardio.

A bit of both ... I still don't know what I will do after I retire and it causes stress and anxiety.
And work hasn't been the same since the attacks. We can't even wear our uniform when going back home anymore. We have to watch our 6 all the time, we can't patrol alone, we can't post anything on Facebook, ....
