Push,pull, legs. Training like the football players do is alright unless, their pussies. Stretching and baseball practice and games will ensure her agility, the weight training will only enhance her athleticism.

They currently do the teams weights on mon,wed, fri mornings. they have practice mon, wed, thurs, sat. So I think she's looking to sublement the teams lifting. We been talking about here diet, like most college kids she's been grazing on what evers on hand, so correcting that will be step one.
