Tachycardia

I had a scary episode of tachycardia earlier. I was at home eating when my heart started racing. I have a BP monitor and it showed a normal BP (110/70) but 140 bpm. I panicked, took one bisoprolol and rushed to the doctor two streets away from here. ECG was normal (except for an hemiblock but doc says it's nothing to worry about). BP was 100/60 and 72 bpm.

I have to take bisosoprol every day now and I have diazepam at hand for my anxiety attacks.

I'm super tired right now, haven't been on vacation for months and keep working and working out 6 to 7 days a week. I guess that I really should think about my health first......

Gotta find a way to ramp down MG.... your burning that candle at both ends for sure. It's hard to ease up when your whole life has been about the drive but yuou gotta find a way to de stress and relax that doesn't include 57 sets...

I get bouts of hypertensive events. BP will shoot up to 175 over 105, Heart rate to 125. I dont know why it happens. I take a xanax and Atenolol when it happens. Its about 2 times a year. It happened to me when I injected BPC157 and that was nuts.

For sure! Can you work part time? If not, like one said here, find another job that's less stressful and work at most 5 days a week. Need to get health first, MG...
