Blood work (High DHEAS, weird cortisol)

I guess the first thing I need to ask is, does TRT affect DHEAS levels? If not, what could be causing mine to be so elevated? Secondly, my cortisol isn't following the natural arc that it should be and I have many of the symptoms of high cortisol (although mine isn't high, just out of whack) and "adrenal fatigue". Insomnia, anxiety, red face, mood swings, fatigue, increased urination, ED, to name a few. I've had this DHEAS and cortisol test done twice about 18 months apart and both times had basically identical results. Any ideas on a probable cause or a solution?. All I'm on is 200/wk of test and that's all I've been on for a long time now. That keeps me in the 1100-1200 range. Thanks for any input!

Did you have a metabolic panel done? Liver, kidney, heart, hematology etc? Anything out of range? Where is your estrogen? DHEAS (way upstream but still) can convert to estrogen.

I have no idea. Do you drink energy drinks in the middle of the day per chance?

Nope. Only drink decaf coffee and have zero other sources of caffeine. I posted this same thread over on Peak and Glyco gave me some advice over there. I think this all may boil down to sleep apnea TBH. I got this mouthpiece that's supposed to be for snoring and after I got used to wearing it I've been having the best drug-free sleep I've had in years. Will probably have another round of bloods drawn in a few months to see where I stand. I definitely feel better lately though. Shitty sleep wrecks me and taking stuff to force sleep doesn't really solve the problem.
