I can see that with the eggs vs whites. The bioavailability changes for whites by themselves. I do whites but order the shiz on the net to drink. It's suppose to be 100% like the whole eggs after the whites have been filtered and pasteurized.

Other than that I do whey. I started a bulk so I switched the protein shakes I was drinking to gainers.

My buddy takes a lot of protein in like me, some would say it's unnecessary but running my shit high gives me a better look.

Hell, I'm getting so much I don't worry either :0)

For shakes egg whites are top notch mixed with whey. They digest differently. Takes longer to digest egg protein over whey isolate or hydro. so you get that amino stream longer than just whey alone. When I am training hard i do the egg whites from . I have found they go down smooth and do not upset my gut at all. https://www.eggwhitesint.com/store.php?crn=66

Yep and excess amount of fiber causing bloats and being gassy. Too much fiber will cut the bioavailability of the proteins you consumed as well....

You guys need to remember the bioavailability of carbs and other nutrients as well. One would get more from raw spinach than say, raw broccoli bc of how our digestive system handles it...

Those are the whites I'm using. I drink them once daily right now, 1 1/2 cups which is 39g, don't really want to overdo and waste the whites since I get the most out protein out of these. I've been adding a pack of carnation instant breakfast to it for flavoring. I drink them when I get home from the gym before a shower and appropriate meal. I get plenty of whey intra.

I should have bumped the forum here but didn't think about it till now.

I may try the muscle egg on my next order since they are already flavored.

I'm not a big fan of cooked veggies but I can do raw spinach and raw broccoli.


I have a little of the 0 cal walden farm's dressings with them and I can go to town. Not too much dressing though, the dressings are vinegar based and I'm not a fan of a strong vinegar taste.
