Post Diet mistakes to avoid

Don't avoid taking enough protein. It's the most problem among new bodybuilders. They just do the workout without taking enough protein. Take 1.5g off protein to get 1 pound of bodyweight. It's recommended. Eat eggs, chicken, fish and lean beef to gain body muscle

Eat complex carbohydrates. Eat vegetable carbs, fruits, legumes etc.

Never skip your meal. Take breakfast with a protein shake. In the lunch with a protein shake and also dinner with the protein shake.

I think you are right. I just find it hard to cut any weight if I do not cut enough calories then I end up eating 85% protein.

I still think dextrose is an important part of post workout to get the insulin going...
