BW hovering at 220 to 225. And I think that's where I'll stay.

superset into face pulls.

100 x 12 x 12 x 12

Rope hammer curls with rope upright rows

60 x 12 x 12 x 12 per exercise

Incline bench

135 x 8 x 6 x 4 x 5 x 3. No real rest. They were pauses.

Then two jerk offs I hate came in. I left.

Bodyweight was 223 this morning.

Thanks Buddy.

So all these years of go heavy to get big. Squat heavy and deep. I've managed to have mediocre legs from all the downtime from hurting myself. Lol.

2 weeks of light high rep and my Jean's dont fit right. Soon as they hit my quads they stopped. I was shocked. So my 20 rep sets will be a new part of legs. No more heavy low rep sets.

Pretty much on anything. I'm growing. Stopped looking at the scale for weight loss.

Been killing to overtime at work. One workout a week now. The wifes Hummer took a shit. There went 20+k last week.

Last Sunday chest. Working on the outer section. Getting older it's getting saggier.

Decline

135 4 sets of 15

Dips

BW 3 sets of 15

Triceps push down

90 x 3 sets of 15

Face pulls

120 x 3 sets of 15

Rope pushdown into a face pull

80 x 3 sets of 15 each

Unilateral supinated pull down

60 x 3 sets of 15

Shoulder press with triceps raise

Bar x 3 sets of 15 each

Bodyweight staying at 225ish.

Legs today

Was pretty cool last week after changing my leg routine my pants I've been wearing for 2 years do not fit my quads. Who knew lighter weight higher reps would add the size. I literally cannot wear them.

Machine leg press

260 x 5 sets of 20 with calf raises superset in there. 15 reps on the calves.

Seated ham curls

120 x 3 sets of 15

Leg extensions

100 x 3 sets of 15

Pretty smashed about now.

In between sets I was doing straight bar curls, shoulder press, front raises, rope pulls, hammer curls. So my rest time was not really rest time.

HAHAHA, work is work brother, at least that is what I say. I prefer not getting hurt from lifting heavy. Great work man.

Had a 8 month bout with smoking. It never helps my training. Or my diet. Been smoke free for a month and a week. So my training has been on point. My diet is 90%

Tomorrow is leg day. I'll start logging again.
