Easy Protein Pancakes

Easy Protein Pancakes

1 Banana
1 Whole Egg
2 EggWhites
1 Scoop Whey Protein

Direction:
- Mash banana in a bowl
- Add egg and eggwhites to mix, stir.
- Add 1 scoop protein powder

Nutrition:
Calories: 390
Carbs: 28.5
Protein: 41
Fat: 12

It' s been a while since I made protein pancakes but here's how I made them:

4 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop of chocolate protein
dash of cinnamon

Mix in bowel and pour into large pan. You have to cut it into quarters to be able to flip it. You can't taste the cottage cheese at all but it helps to keep it very moist. I would eat plin if i was cutting or top with a little honey or peanut butter.

man I love pancakes. I have used coconut flour, almond meal and egg before but they did not taste like pancakes. still pretty good.

I will try on sunday
