I get great results at 400-600mgs of primo per week, I get fair results at 400mgs mast per week, I run both with test at 800-1000mgs per week. I wouldn't run both together, although currently I'm running primo, DHB, and test with 50mgs var ed and the results are very pleasing. I'm getting stronger and cutting fat without being super strict on my diet. I always eat pretty well though. I feel great and hitting it hard at the gym. I'm 62 btw but somewhat an anomaly.
