IF there is any benefit to endurance it is probably due to the increase in rbc (red blood cell) count. Rbc's carry oxygen to muscles.

With an increase in the rbc count one can possibly expect an increase in blood pressure.

I did a quick search pn eq and increased endurance and couldn't find any data from a reputable source (pubmed, etc.), just brotelligence.

Yeah, I've come to the same conclusion. I compete in grappling and have heard this for years, I'm now at a point that I think I will have to try and see.

Oh well, I guess an oldie but a goodie. So what can be done to combat the increase in hematocrit , give blood? How often. I am considering a run of EQ/TP/Anastrozole @ 300-400mg weekly /200mg eod /1-2mg ed. I have been on TC for about 4 years under prescription @ 200mg weekly, it's just not cutting it anymore, I'm starting to get old and I'm in a young mans sport, not ready to give up either.
I need to remain strong while getting lean and increasing my anaerobic capacity. Of course, proper training is included, I just need to find the energy to get there. I also just started back on CJC-1295 w/dac 2000mcg weekly, this has worked well before, I'm only 3 weeks in, I know it takes a while for the results to kick in

Long7x77....thanks for taking the time to post at the forum here. Yea the thread is old, but it can be warranted at times if it helps people/you learn. Also, it's good seeing some members post up outside of their welcome posts. lol. We get a lot of people introducing themselves here at the site, then they never post again. Long7x77 I I am 50 and i have found a lower dose of EQ every 7 days really helps me. I normally only do 175mg. I had a physical, my hematocrit was high normal at this dose without giving blood. The big prob was my LDL when up 50 points and my HDL dropped 10 points creating a very unfavorable ratio.

I have since stopped the use of EQ as my cardiovascular health is more important than having good wind and a few more LBs.

on the flip I have used masteron at a low dose and it increased my cardio and strength AND DID NOT wreck my lipids. Go figure. I throw that bit of unsolicited anecdotal info in there for your perusal. We all metabolize differently. Maybe EQ will be kind in your body my friend.

Need to give blood every 6-8 weeks while on EQ. If I do that then it'll treat me like primo but little more gains and endurance. While it may be good to stack with other compounds, especially during a bulker, high dose of eq (600-800) and low dose test (150-300) alone gives me nice solid gains, increase vascularity, and boost of endurance. It's exactly what I am doing now. Very mild (again, as long give blood frequency) while giving noticeable results. Needs to be run for least 10-12 weeks, as I go 16 as the results just keeps coming. That's reason why I brought up primo bc to me, there are a lot of similarities, just more gains...

I'm not a huge fan of Eq, though I still always use it...well, it's been awhile now.
