Can you post up your macros? GF is right, if your protein to fat ratio is off your body will go into gluconeogenesis where you body convert converts proteins as they are broken down into carbs. This will knock you out of keto and make you feel sluggish and tired.

Pfffff I was never good at mathematics. This is hopeless. Iíve gained weight instead of leaning out
I donít know what to do except stop eating.

I spent the rest of the day driving to and from Limburg for my volunteer work at the animal rescue. I scrubbed 3 rooms, emptied 20 litter boxes, put the trash out, cleaned the food bowls, ... my back is f*****.

Nice workouts MG.

I kind of figured that would happen with vegetarian keto. It is so hard to keep your fat content high enough without animal fats.

Thatís why I started eating eggs and fish. I failed and it really sucks. I need your help GF. Please.
