Oh it sucks yet I have not changed much in the way I train or how I perceive myself. I look in the mirror and see an old looking 25 year old even though I am double that +.

I think threads like this one are rare but very beneficial. Lots of things we can do to extend our lives but even more than having a long life one must have quality of that life.

I do not want to be one of those people who live to be 100 but the last 10 years of their lives they spend with diminished cognitive and physical capacity to the point their body is a prison.
