Interesting study covering studies on T4 and GH

From my understanding this answers why some will swear by T4 when on gh and others do not notice as much. Basically the use of gh will uncover hypothyroidism in some with a pituitary issue. It does go over studies that show GH causing a lessening of t4, tsh, and higher concentration of t3 as well as addresses some studies not being comprehensive enough. I still dont know that it definitively answers the question of T4 with gh but does shed quite a bit if light. Those smarter than me may be able to decipher better or where I may be wrong. Either way excellent read.

I just went back to re read and I dunno what the hell happened. There was much more than a single page. In essence the article covered a number of studies and found that many were questionable, however with that being said did go over literature that promotes that the ratio of T4 converted to T3 is increased in normal adults taking growth hormone however T4 levels are reduced. Soooo basically hit the t4 with your growth to make mire available for conversion to T3. I started with 100mcg at bed time and noticed a jump in my metabolism and Id been dieting for 9-10 weeks already. Ive seen a number of guys give ranges from 100-200mcg but Id say 100 is a safe effective starting point.
