Hey guys! Sorry I haven't logged my workouts lately.. been preoccupied. But here's today's workout:

Overhead press
8 30lbs, warm up
3x3 standard bar weight
--finally increased my OHP lol

seated chest press
4x10 50lbs

inclined db press
3x10 15lbs

side lateral raise
3x12 5lbs

seated bent over rear delt raise
3x12 5lbs

Finisher:

4 rounds

20 rope slams
12 ea side, 24 total, medicine ball woodchops
10 3M lateral shuffle
6 burpees

Thursday legs:

back squats
2x8 bar weight warm up
3x5 85lbs, working sets

RDL
8 bar weight warm up
2x6 95lbs
2x6 105lbs

leg curl/leg extension
both 4x12 60lbs

20 minutes on the treadmill

Wednesday:

Barbell row
2x8 50lb warm up
5x5 80lb workin sets

wide grip lat pulldown
4x10 60lbs

seated cable row
4x10 60lbs

bent over db row
4x12 (ea side) 15lbs

For the finisher:

6 rounds

20 box jumps
15 ball slams
10 burpees
5 suicides
