HeyWCBB, thanks goldy for the re-invite....such a kind joo. Bass thanks for a badass forum(especially the naked muscle ladies). I'm a 29y/o wannabe BB in the middle of a cut right now(recreational, not show). I'm gonna try and keep my training and diet logged in here.....might be hit or miss cuz I'm in whiney little bitch mode from the diet.

Flat BB Bench....as usual no spotter or liftoff

**Failure on these is the last full rep I can complete. I don't go into partials on my heavy failures b/c I have no spotter and the risk of injury is great.

Incline BB Bench....1 drop set to failure. Each failure consists of me having to throw it into the catch pins cuz I can't move it.

DC dumbell assisted chest stretch
