Share your workout doing the coronavirus

Can anyone share what they are doing as far as diet and workout doing these virus days. Do you have home gym, weight set, super setting, reps, squeezing and holding, negatives ect? Maybe share and help a brother(s) out. Stay safe. God bless you all.

I have everything I need at home.

I do 45-60 minutes of cardio every day on the treadmill. A have a barbell and 300 pounds in weight, lifting is a lot of Olympic lifts, deadlifts and lighter squats. I do not have a bench or squat rack, so I have to clean the weight up to squat. I do a lot of push-ups, pull-ups, burpees and ab exercises. I have some dumbbells for biceps and triceps. I also use bands for curls and tricep extensions.

Diet is keto.

I have a range of workouts I'm doing. I was a grappler for many years so I like to do something that works that bit at some level at least a couple times a week. I also like to do some sort of cardio. Usually in the gym I hit the head bag and use the long bag to do some grappling stuff. Cardio in the gym is usually step mill. Weights is a 3 way split usually but I move arms in and out with light leg days and shoulders. Legs get split up.


Now during COVID 19 I am stuck with my home gym. I have 375 of olympic weights an about 250 lbs of small hole weights, a pulley and a bench that also serves as a squat rack. Also have leg ext and curl attachment. The set is over 30 years old.

Weights I ahve been doing ~15-30 sets a day doing super sets. Almost every day I do some sort of weights. Cardio is bike in the hills or hill sprints or here and there I do a longer ride. Another cardio workout is tree judo with a tire tube. That's about it.

I am 58 so I need TRT at this point. So I am using 40-50 mg every 2-4 days. Also using GHRP2 300 mcg 3-4 times a week and once a week hCG 250 iu. Diet has not been clean. I have been doing a bit of pizza and also a lot of Italian wine.

Push ups while I'm unloading my truck. Dips where I can and a lot of stretching. Were busy and I'm on the road. When I'm home I'm trying to get some extra cash working on bikes. But my gym owner said he will need "help" fixing a few things if I need a work out.

been doing pushups and pullups in the park but they recently shut down the park now so Ive been doing it at home. waiting for pullup bar to arrive. man I miss squatting! glycomann you're lucky! I wish I had home gym set!

got a chin up dip golds gym home deal going on and dumbells from 25=50 and a bench isnt it strange how our life has changed

Just got a hook up for a gym mon-fri 7am! Manager of the gym is training 1 client exclusively 7ams and will let me train alongside them.

I have been running until last Wednesday I jumped off a curb and my left calf popped. I have been limping ever since. Hell I was running every day and was getting good cardio.

Been doing online Muay Thai classes and shadow boxing too.

Online classes are all about technique. I want to punch, elbow, knee or kick something real bad.

I set up ratchet straps in the garage, I use them for dips, rows, pullsup, pushups and just any way I can hit muscles with body weight. Oh, tons of lunges and air squats.

Me and the boy have been playing basketball on our driveway a lot too. When he was little i would let him win. Now he towers over me and is 22 years old......I try my best but he is just better now......I do make the boy work hard for it though.

No Gym access and no equipment at home.

Get ALL the cardio I want running (scampering is a better word) around the woods with the dogs. When they pause to sniff something's poop, I run in place and shout NO!

High rep Pushups get kinda old kinda fast, but throwing in every trick I can think of helps to lower the reps ... feet elevated and/or hands on something for "deficit Pushups," and doing slow up, slow down, i.e. TUT reps. Handstand Pushups (feet against a wall) don't need tricks to be hard enough for me.

One-legged Squats to keep the reps down some, adding in TUT helps.

Ab Crunches on floor, hold each rep at the top a bit to manage the reps.

Not sure what to do for Back, other than Hypers on the floor with feet anchored.

Don't think anyone is (really) sure about when is the exact right time to re-open things, but I'll be there when my Gym does.

I have my entire facility to my wife and myself and still manage 3-4 workouts a week. Granted they are extremely good workouts, but i find myself doing spring cleaning, moving equipment, and whatnot more than i should be.
