I have always worked out. I did ballet when I was a kid, then athletics in 20's (javelin), horse riding, tennis and swimming in my 30's, power training and cycling in my mid 30's and joined my first boards (SSB, DBB, genXXL, WWBB and all the others) in the 80's or 90's (can't remember). I hardly took any breaks even when I had injuries like broken bones, tendonitis, etc ... I'm not only an energizer bunny I'm also an addict

I took it easy today because of the neck and back pain.

Haha I wish I could stop. I will soon (when I have the knee replacement) and I wonder how I will survive without my daily dose of cardio
