No more Stevia GF.

Trip, rye bread has always been my favourite and with olive oil, salt and pepper it tastes even better. Working out around the pain is my specialty lol.

I wish I could find ideas of a full body workout that I could do without making things worse.

Thank you GF. Isometric exercises were tougher than I thought but I'd rather lift weights again when I'm healed.

Nice work MG. I get the lifting part. It does feel more satisfying, but do not count isometrics out. They work well when you cannot do tradition lifting.

For the past 10 days you have done a minimum of 10K of cardio without a rest day. How is your diet? Are you getting enough sleep. If you push like this at your age you at least have to feed and rest the machine or eventually trouble.
