Best Magnesium Supplement???

I have been having terrible cramps on Keto.

What is the best magnesium supplement for this?

I have heard that magnesium malate and magnesium orotate are the best, but how the frig do you figure out which on is high quality???

I keep getting cramps when I'm trying to lay wood to the ol' lady and this is killing me! Glute cramps, hip cramps, and ab cramps.

Thanks

This is the one I use but I'm based in the uk.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Magnesium-P...1221205&sr=8-2

Try look for something similar in the states or canada.

I use now brand. It is a blended magnesium supp. cheap and effective.

If you are cramping on keto you need more salt and minerals for sure. You have to up your salt intake too quite a bit. I eat a whole avocado daily on keto for potassium. It may not be enough so supplement.

A lot of people eat salt like they are on a regular diet. seriously, want the cramps to go away? Add salt. Mag and potassium are a good place to start but salt is your friend.

If you do not eat a ton of bacon you will not get enough salt. Trust me.

I've been using Magnesium Glycinate by KAL. I get it from Amazon too. They are horse pills, lol. They are the same size as my Metformin 1gm pills.

I read that the glycinate is good for lowering body temperature and calming nerves before bed, but I heard that the magnesium malate and the magnesium orotate are better for cramping.

I bought Kosher salt and have been trying to put it on all my food, but its tough to remember sometimes. I am going to have to do better.

I eat an avocado every day too. I didn't know they were a good source of potassium. I can start eating two every day and just skip the mayonnaise on one of my meals to counteract the extra calories. I would rather have the extra food anyway.

Yeah avocados have about 1.4X the potassium as a banana. They pretty much have more minerals all together.

I've been eyeing this one but would prefer something a bit cheaper:
