MG the next time you do legs I would skip the exercises that require repeated flexing of the knee and stick to wall sits. Most of the time the knee gets angry due to excessive use. Wall sits take a lot of pressure off the knee and puts it on the quads. Put a low chair or bench under you, so that if your legs do give out you only fall a couple inches. Your knee will thank you for it.

MG you can do most of those without putting too much pressure on the knee as long as you are not going to full extension. Standing leg curls are definitely better than laying leg curls. Static lunges are better than walking lunges. Make sure you are not going below parallel on squats or lunges. I would suggest staying a couple inches above.

Thank you GF. I don't know what I would do without you.

As you know I'm spending a few days abroad and I tripped and fell on the bumpy pavement earlier. Both knees are very sore. As long as I was walking around I was OK but now that I'm back at the hotel, knees really hurt (and I have a high tolerance to pain). I don't know how I'm gonna feel tomorrow.

I didn't work out since I got here but I walked a lot: 11 kilometers yesterday and 20 today.
