Which depends on dosage of your compound. see above ED or EOD is fine.

I always use 1 cc tuberculin pins - needle 5/8 in length,25 G I load the 1 cc Tuberculin syringe with a 20-23 G 1 inch, remove and shoot with 25 G 5/8 into lower abs, love handles, top of thighs and top of glutes.
That is all super interesting.

I wonder what type of solvent would be necessary to get prop up to about 360mg per ml? LOL.

If I could hit propionate daily sub-q and be around 500mg a week I would be super happy.

Only shooting 1/5 of a ml per day should make it pretty easy to tolerate a wide variety of solvents.

I'm going to look into this more.

I generally feel best at around 250mg per week. Much more than that destroys my skin without offering much benefit in return.

G, i'm pretty sure that MG's test does not contain 360mg/ml of prop. I'm using the same test he is, and it's a blend of short and long ester test. It has as lot of Ethyl Oleate (EO) as a carrier/solvent. Many can't tolerate EO, as it can cause excruciating pain and fever and swelling at the injection site. Therefore, caution is needed, but maybe sub-q injects can give a possible route of administration to reduce these reactions since it's such a minute dosage. My twin administers his test sub-q like MG, and it is an easy way for him to reduce continued scar tissue from years of intramuscular injections. Simply backfill an inuslin syrine and hit sub-q areas...quick and easy

I've been doing something that is so against brologic it might hurt someone's feelings. I'm doing 200 mg test and 150 mg Primo every two weeks. I started that a month ago after being completely off for a month. Also been traveling 2 weeks a month for the past 5 1/2 months so training hard then shit then hard then shit you get the drift. Have been doing more athletic stuff like bike in mountains, heavy bag and step mill. Pretty much feel natty fit. My big bench is 305 for 4 whole stinking reps. That's 100lbs down from my best. 202 lbs BW this morning and 16.5 % BF based on the bathroom scale. 58 years old in 100 days. .Fuque me.

Think about where you would be without the train you invest brother. I feel for you. I just got back over 300 after my surgery for a single rep. My best bench ever was only 345.

Just live well and be proud of where you are. I am not nearly as strong as I once was but even at our age we are still far improved on the average 30 year old.

I am trying to appreciate where I am rather than where I would like to be or where I used to be.

I don't do well with ethyl oleate either. I was just thinking that .3 CC sub q might not be as bad? Who knows. I hit my delts once a week and sometimes you hit that scar tissue and it feels like running a knife through coarse sand.

What do you base your conversion on? UG can certainly vary but there is UG that is every bit as potent as pharm too. Some is even overdosed.
