MMA and Weight Training

Just wondering how hard you push the weights while training mma. I guess im just worried about going back into the weights hard since starting mma and overtraining.

you can lift however works for you

just make sure if youre taking your MMA serious that you dont loose flexibility and mobility

personally i have found that working with heavy weights it effects flexibility and stamina.

when i train i only do circuits, i may start with a weight i can only get 10 with but then drop the weight and keep dropping until my stop watch beeps.

this has helped my VO2 max alot. also i dont stop. station to station and i get the whole body.

the next workout i do deads and squats.

this is in a perfect world as i never have time to train the way i want to
