Hi Jipped, I have a small misalignment of the cervical vertebrae but I think a pinched/irritated nerve might be responsible for the pain which affects the back of my head causing migraines. All my left side is affected. I had 8 chiropractor sessions but she says everything is OK while it doesn't feel that way.

I use light weights for all exercises including deadlifts.

I'm super tired right now and will take the whole weekend off.

I woke up at 4:30am and did a 5 min warm up (arm bicycle) before hitting the shoulders.

Frontal raises 15, 12, 10
Upright rows 15, 12, 10
Seated overhead presses 15, 12, 10
Bent over reverse flyes 15, 12, 10
Shrugs 15, 12, 10
External rotations 15, 15, 15
