Myo, did you ever find an alternate source?
I've told Dante to start selling it at TN, but no word back on it. I tried powderizing my own white rice...and uhhh, it never came out the same ![]()

The problem there is the starch, blanch the rice until the kernals are just soft enough to bite through, cool and dry them, then grind them, you'll have better luck....
