MK works like wonders but it kicked my ass. Made my hand feel like 4ui plus a day. Walking around like a zombie with an appetite like GhRP 6 . I'd eat get full and an hour later be hungry again. Just had to stop because I was falling asleep at work. Struggling too keep my eyes open. I looked like death 4 weeks in.

Last time I was on, had similar results. I struggled staying awake at work starting second week. Got tremendous muscle fullness from it. Damn, I think I need to order now...

Not sure what you mean by recipe. Dosages, I am running 10mg/the first two weeks, then I will bump up to twenty for two weeks and then 30 for the next two weeks, then back down to 10mg/week for a week or so.

From studies I read (i will look for later and post if I remember); after 30mg/dose the effects do not increase much at all. 30mg seems the sweet spot for it.

Correct. Your igf levels can not be rise any higher at dosages more than 30mg/day...
