Legs. My left knee is almost bone on bone now. After that it would be back.

Not really a body part but cardio in the gym. I used to be a runner and loved running in all types, road, trail and mtn biking. Messed up lower back sometimes locks up the day after I try to run now, legs ache and breathing, at best I sound like an asthmatic elephant. But staying in is just plain boring treadmill, bikes or elliptical....after a relatively short time I feel like sticking sharp objects in places they shouldn't be in.

I'd say arms currently only because I have some tendonitis, and tennis elbow, but I still kill them. Just can't go as heavy as I'd like. But other than that, legs for sure. I hit them hard but man do I hate squatting. I try to workout everything with the same intensity whether I like it or not. Just crank up the tunes and go at it.

Dude, tendonitis and tennis elbow is the worst. I hate that shit and it takes FOREVER to go away. It just hangs around like a bad fart.

I hate legs. I have had 7 surgeries on my left leg and my legs are lagging behind but there’s nothing I can do about it. Legs just suck....
