Possible Help for OA

I admittedly not had time to read through all of this discussion, but just wanted to interject... did anyone get you on a healthy anti-inflammatory? Not NSAIDs drugs, but a healthier natural product? There are some out there that are clinically proven superior to NSAIDs drugs and they provide better relief from inflammation than drugs and have all sorts of healthful benefits as well (ie: strong anti-oxidants etc). This, used regularly in conjunction with regular joint health supplements can, over time, help reverse some of the symptoms and quite possibly the actual disease itself. I know homeopathic remedies are often shunned by the medical profession, but there is much clinical proof that these remedies can often help. Just something to look into... I know they can help, without doubt because I have helped friends with OA quite a few times.

I'm leaning toward just continuing with the Cortisone shots as needed, and hoping there's some advancement in shoulder therapy/replacement in the future...

I've had a bad right shoulder for about 15 yrs now and can't go to heavy when benching. Mostly use dumbbells with some lighter pressing at the end of workouts. It has a tendency to start to ache then suddenly gets kinda weak. Side laterals really bother it so have modified them by raising them a little more to the front. It doesn't ache much after workouts but it is bothersome. From your experiences what would you say is possibly the problem?
