Bruise Back of Knee

After my leg workout, I noticed that my right hamstring was a bit more sore than it usually is, specifically inside at the knee bend & right above it.

After about two days I was recovered except for that specific area, I would describe the pain as more of like a nerve type pain. I felt it but very little when walking & a little bit more if I used stairs. I felt it the most after getting up after sitting for a while & getting out of bed or just moving my leg after laying down.

It lasted 2 almost 3 more days, but I didn't think it was nothing serious & still don't lol but I want to make sure I don't mess myself up.

Yesterday I noticed that I have a deep purple bruise right that area, I would say about the surface area of a standard paper plate but not that shape.

I don't feel anything anymore with normal movement, I have to press down on it fairly hard to feel tenderness.

My question is, would I be fine doing deadlifts tomorrow?

I do deads with back

I also wanted to get leg day this weekend but probably won't go super heavy.

I feel fine, I just don't want to mess myself up & wanted to get some opinions.

I just read your thread today. How are you feeling? Did you did deadlifts or worked legs since this post?

Sounds like medium level hamstring pull. I would skip one week of deals or direct hammy work. Done it before. Generally skip one or two rounds and I was good but I generally heal fast although now my age not so much.
