Hey MG I know what you mean about the bike, treadmill, elliptical being boring. I watch documentaries on my phone from netflix. I get lost in a nature documentary and an hour flies by. Sometimes I can daydream the time away.

I still prefer to run our doors.

I'm counting 51 kilometers a week in your log and 5 days a week of calisthenics and weights. YIKES! I'm wondering if fitness gals do that much in show prep. Great work!

I didn't realize I was doing that much, Muscle_and_Blood (supermod at a Canadian board) wants me to eat eggs because they are rich in nutrients. I told him that I will see a dietitian to get a 1300 cals diet. He says that it's far too low and a dietitian will tell me so too.

What do you think causes your neck pain? I had to stop heavy deadlifts due to probs with my neck. I see you did deads a couple days before the bad neck pain. Just a thought.

If I worked like you I would be mega buff! Keep it up....but not to the point it hurts you.
