So after that 3rd shake, are we assuming you're kind of out of the woods as far as danger goes? Also, are you still avoiding fats? I'm on very low fats as is, but just kinda thinking about the meals after that.

i do use isolat and bcaa , glutamine , take humu R like 30 minutes presession , and start to drink my shake after warm up .

the more important is not to take lots of calories at once with slin , it is to take regularly .

If you compete, then i think using insulin WITH HGH may be an OK idea.(If you can find/AFFORD real HGH... blue tops and all these multi colored tops from china is not good enough...sorry)
But for the majority on here...
its just a good way to either gain to much fat or end up in the emergency room
and taking it BEFORE you work out is just insane shake or no shake.

My problem with taking insulin this way is the concept that insulin ...IMO... should be used if at all... to build muscle in the recovery phase...
not during the breakdown during the workout itself....I just don't buy it.
What I think is how the bull shit protocol rumor got started...is most pros don't want you the fan... to know that they use 3-4 grams of test and other stuff, a week, yet there is no other explanation on how they are getting so big..so they over inflate this concept of insulin use...its just bullshit.
Insulin ..if used should only be used twice a week with high quality HGH.

ok I’m slowly working my way into this.. a couple questions..and I’m don't questioning your knowledge.. more my education of this
1)Why so late with the protein
2)Can you do this on a cardo only day, because slin has always made my cardo go thru the roof
3)How long would you run this

I think a powder EAA blend would be easier to absorb/digest than from protein alone. Plus, when your muscles can absorb nutrients in hyper speed, more is better in the sense of amio's are the building blocks of proteins. Why not take advantage of the insulin sensitivity and give them directly to your muscles.. Sipping on it during the workout would be vital IMO. This would allow for a continuous supply of nutrients to your muscles, but also consistent blood glucose levels. Personally, my shakes would look like this.

dextrose 4:1 carb ratio
milk protein (whey/casein) 1:4 protein ratio
eaa's 1-5g
glutamine 1-5g
creatine 1-5g
vitamin c
vitamin e
sodium
potassium
magnesium

UNIVERSAL EAA STACK is Perfect for this. Thats all i use, then i get tired and need a change i use Carbo force by ABB. Just the carbo force donesnt have any aminos and the Nitro is loaded.
