Love sweet potatoes. Will def give these a try.

I peel them and boil them in water until they are very soft. When they are done I mash them up in a container and then weigh them out for my weekly meals. So good!

I set them on the grill and roast them slowly, turning them over every 15 min then put them in a big Tupperware with a lid to cool. Having them in the closed bowl steams the skins, this helps them release and you can peel them like an egg

I'm still in the stone age, wrap them in plastic and toss them in microwave. I can't eat skins on any potatoes. grosses me out. (no my mom wasn't a great cook, lol I blame her) Thanks you for sharing!

Blond, do you peel the skin off first, or just leave it on?

I have 2-3 at home and probably gonna try this tonight. I may peel them first though...not sure.

Like A1, I've never done it this way before. I usually have always just nuked them in the microwave, or the standard way of oven or boiling them.

Cave men with a microwave..I nuke mine too...but eat the skins and all.

I like the idea of the crock pot though, Im betting its way more tasty.

No peeling. literally just rinse them off and put them in. Couldn't get any easier.
