The reason of the change is boredom. I wish I could do CrossFit again but my bionic knee is not 100% functional.

I hit the road for the 240 kilometers and my 6 hours shift at the cat rescue.

I start working at the hospital again tomorrow (2 shifts of 6 hours a week). I can’t wait.

Nice work MG. Have you ever used a TRX system? I think you would benefit greatly; especially that knee. Check out suspended burpees.
