Thanks. Agree! Not preparing for anything though, powerlifting is just an interest.

Thanks. I'm thinking of trying Keto this week - not sure how it'll work for me but I am going to keep my fingers crossed that I survive it

The first few days of keto can be a bitch. Headache, and maybe some brain fog as the body switches from burning glucose to burning ketones.

Can I still workout during the first few days though? Are you still doing keto?

I did my normal workouts during my transition. I did have the better part of a day where I suffered from a headache. That Jason wittrock says getting plenty of sodium and potassium helps during the transition.

I'm still doing it. I'm very adapted to eating that way now. My cheat meals are few and far between now, as they make me bloated and uncomfortable. I plan on sticking with this lifestyle as I feel better as long as having lost weight. Good luck with it!

I am currently suffering from a really horrible headache right now and I am just day one into Keto. Not sure if I'm going to continue with this, though... possibly not for me. I'm not even sure if I can hit the gym later because I'm really feeling weak. Lol.
