Yesterdays meals

20 gram protein
4 oz oatmeal, banana, whole wheat bagel dry
6 oz chicken breast, roasted garlic aioli, sundried tomato relish, jasmine rice
6 oz salmon, wilted spinach, grilled tomato,
12 oz ribeye, cabernet portabella mushrooms, grilled sweet potatoes
peanut butter and jelly sandwich ( my daughter made apple butter I can't insult her by not eating it)

Lets try this again...

This morning
45 min elliptical, set intervals 4.1 miles pretty feeble



flat bench 145 x 20 x 3
military press seated 100 x 20 x 3
squats 150 x 20 x 3 with the brace

Yesterdays meals

30 gram protein
3 scrambled eggs, whole wheat bagel dry, 1/2 pint strawberries
6 oz meatloaf sandwich, roasted potatoes, brioche bun
6 oz chicken breast, lemon garlic sauce, fettucini pasta
6 oz salmon, wilted spinach, roasted tomato, walnut pesto, steamed broccoli
3 oz peanut butter, 2 eggs, 10 gram protein in shake form

This morning

30 min on the bike (was a beautiful morning)

seated military press
80 x 20 x 2, 150 x 5 x 5
DB bent rows
30 x 20 x 2, 70 x 5 x 5
Overhead lat pulls
110 x 20 x 2, 200 x 5 x 5

Felt a weird sensation above the left elbow during the military presses, as the morning went on it got tight and was painful with the arm in a bent position.... go figure

6 oz oatmeal, 1/4 cup raisins, two slices of cranberry bread (damn my girl can bake )
3 oz cheesy potato dauphinoise, that's a days worth of calories, 6 oz tuna steak, red chili glace
6 or chicken thighs, garlic herb pasta, broccoli
6 oz pulled pork, bbq sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, sweet corn
3 oz peanut butter protein shake

Stayed in bed with wifey this morning, elevated my heart rate nicely....

P b & j samich... 3 oz puffy Cheetos... I have no idea how those got in the house..lol

legs feel good today

straight bar boxed calf raise
80 x 20 x 2, 160 x 5 x 5... this could have been heavier
