cycle steroids and depression

I read that after a steroid cycle is often falls into depression. There is no way to undo or at least alleviate this disorder?

I personally have never experienced any depression that may have been a direct relation with usage. In my opinion, I believe that it depends on the individual and that in most cases when being off you would lose some of the gains while you were on. An individual who may see some hard earned gains disappear for a while could lead into a depression state.

Improper post cycle could lead to many things including depression. After a cycle of tren I went batshit nuts and battled a bout of depression.

Improper or no PCT will slow your return to natural test levels. Low test levels can lead to depression.

This!

My first cycle was poorly planned for post cycle and the dramatic crash of hormones put me in a deep depression. Granted I am genetically predisposed and have had issues prior but that was by far the worst bout I've ever dealt with in my 41 years of existence.

Plan your pct properly and you will be fine.

When I was younger and bounced back quicker and was not too bad. As I got older and didnt recover quick or at all the depression and other sides got worse. When I finally crashed and needed TRT it was the worst I have ever felt in my life. Just google symptoms of low test and that is what you will feel if you don't recover well for whatever reason.

there are more then a few things that will affect whether you may become depressed post cycle and most were mentioned above.

your age is something to keep in mind as well... the older you get the lower your natural test levels become and when you start cycling it only worsens. i have to stay on HRT doses in order to feel healthy both mentally and physically at my age but i've battled depression my entire life as well.

what age are you OP?

OK this is really a simple thing. Blast your body with all sorts of synthetic androgens at 10-20 times what the body normally sees and then stopping them is going to cause some changes in brain chemistry. There are choices here,

1. Don't use hormones and accept what you can do on your own.
2. Accept that you are going to hae some emotional ups and downs.
