Favorite shoulder exercises

I do

Frontal raises
Rear delt flys or reverse pec deck
One arm lateral raises
Shrugs

But my shoulders are lagging ....

I only really do three shoulder exercises, shrugs, high pulls and military press.

I've pretty much given up pressing. I still do enough chest press send dips that my front delts are still ok. I like high rep lateral raises for the side delts. And I really like using the cables for rear delt. About a 45 degree pull from shoulder height.

Smith press and smith wide upright rows. I like to superset wide upright rows and leaning side laterals. Probably one of my best body parts.

I superset wide upright rows (with dumbbells) with either db or bb shrugs. Great way to isolate the traps right bf hitting shrugs...
