Frontal raises
Rear delt flys or reverse pec deck
One arm lateral raises

But my shoulders are lagging ....

I only really do three shoulder exercises, shrugs, high pulls and military press.

I've pretty much given up pressing. I still do enough chest press send dips that my front delts are still ok. I like high rep lateral raises for the side delts. And I really like using the cables for rear delt. About a 45 degree pull from shoulder height.

Smith press and smith wide upright rows. I like to superset wide upright rows and leaning side laterals. Probably one of my best body parts.

I superset wide upright rows (with dumbbells) with either db or bb shrugs. Great way to isolate the traps right bf hitting shrugs...

hammer press machine ..and the old W=press with dumbbells . instead of pressing straight up you start palms facing the sides of your head and press then in an arc shoulder wide to touching them over head at the top . these are done slow and gives good time under tension results to increase size . i feel they work the lateral head better then the normal pressing and very well so if you do lateral raises first .

I love shoulder work always have. when I was younger I loved power cleans, continental cleans, clean and press, jerk, press from rack, over head shrug from rack. I love side raises and inverted fly. I like seated DB rear del rows, cable rear del fly, rear del on peck deck. All ages of DB raise.

Nothing unorthodox here. Start with some type of press - smith or bb front press or bb pbn. Then usually db side raise, db bent over raise, reverse pec deck or face pulls, bb/db shrugs.
