I thought so, too. A little discouraged that my BMI says I am now slightly overweight but my clothes fit the same; just noticed some gains on my quads though. My only worry is my tummy which looks a little bigger right now (probably bloated since I swung out of keto) and I'm starting to get confused on what I should eat since I've changed my training routine. I am trying to stay low carb though but it's been very difficult lately. Might need some help on my diet
