Thanks for this! I've been trying out Paleo for a few weeks now, but I haven't done a full diet plan for it. I jsut switched out some of my usual food intake with Paleo-friendly ones. This helps a lot!

I like how it states on day 3, “use the leftover salmon from the previous day”.
I’m like, bitch please ..... you obviously don’t know how some of us eat... leftover salmon.... lol It’s an interesting diet that makes a lot of sense. ~PM
