4000 calorie keto diet
I subscribe to Jason Wittrock on Youtube. He's been a keto athlete for over a year. He recently started a 21 day, 4000 calorie per day keto diet to see what the results would be. He's kind of a shrimpy little shit, but he is ripped. He got bloodwork and bodyfat tested day one, so I'm interested to see the results.
He is 6 days in to it as I write this. I'll leave the link for day one..... https://youtu.be/Nr_tpX50FRE |

I did the Bodyopus diet by Dan Duchaine a long time ago. I was eating at least 5000 calories a day with zero carbs. I thought I was going to die from starvation. Carb cravings were ridiculous. Still lost weight.

I think this guy is sponsored by EAS and Bodybuilding.com. I don't think that can be all that much for compensation, but I know he trains some people and does consults and things like that.
I just watched his last two videos. He is now in day 8 of this 4000 calorie per day challenge. He weighed in at 148.2 on day one. Day eight his weight is 147. I really interested in seeing the bloodwork comparison from day one to day 21. |

He's only been on a short time, but he seems to be seeing similar results. He's not gaining weight that's for sure. |

He's on day 14 of the 21 day 4000 calorie challenge.
His weight day one: 148.2. His weight day 14: 147.0 Calories in vs calories out certainly doesn't seem to apply on this diet. I know there was some research done a few years ago that suggested this, but still I find it interesting. |

I want to see his labs. I dropped back to a rounded off diet. More carb timed. I taper off and have little to none after 5.
