Feeling a little under the weather today, but still managed to do a workout.

500 counts jumping rope
5 minutes stationary bike

15 35lb kettlebell swings
15 20lb ball slam x burpees

5 sets, 30 sec rest in between

50 meter walking 20lb ball slams x burpees
50 meter 35lb (ea side) farmer's walk

4 rounds:
15 ball slam x burpees
50 counts jump rope

Back:
3x15 45lb close grip lat pulldown
3x15 45lb seated cable rows
3x12 70lb barbell deadlifts
3x15 15lb single arm bent over dumbbell rows

I also tried pulling past 100lbs on my deadlifts, something I haven't done nor tried in the last two years and I did alright. I was able to successfully pull past 100.

3x120lbs barbell deadlifts

Have I tried putting on 140 I think I still would have been able to pull it. Maybe I'll try another time! Happy with how I did at the gym today though

This is true! Just wanted to train as much as I can, I feel like I have some sort of deadline I am trying to beat lol.

Good job on the pulls. Unless you are training for a powerlifting competition do not push it. Slow and steady wins the race.

Went in late tonight, so I just did some legs:

300 counts jump rope

3x15 30lb kettlebell squat
3x15 30lb stiff leg kettlebell deadlift
3x15 60lb seated leg curls
3x15 60lb seated leg extension
3x15 60lb rotary hip machine
