Angry Need muscle building tips

Hey, guys, I've lost so many weight. 65kg now. Please suggest me some tips on how to increase my muscle. My hand muscles are like the cat's leg. Need some guidance.

if you want to gain size, don't do cardio. if you want to gain speed and agility, don't put on muscle. if you want to be ripped and shredded, you need to push your body.

Food makes you grow. You can work out all you want but without food, your muscles won't grow.

Plenty of beginner training routines out there, that is the easy part. None will give you muscle without food.

That's the big "secret" everyone in the gym misses. You see them year after year NOT making any significant changes.
