I'd love to use one. I just moved to a city where my chain of gyms has a gym with a sauna, but it's not the location I lift at because it's the big mainstream one with waaaay too many people for my taste. I lift at the old location full of equipment from the 80's and like 3-5 people in the whole gym lol. I may have to start hitting the big gym just to use the sauna but not to lift.

Jipped you ever do the cold shower or ice bath thing? Both extreme hot and extreme cold have similar effects from my understanding. I know you're familiar with Rogan always doing the cryo tanks and Rhonda Patricks commentary on cold therapies.

I think I heard Dr Rhonda Patrick talk about this. I believe she was saying the heat shock proteins are as beneficial after a work out as cryotherapy and ice baths are.

rovi it will drop weight but only water. Calories burned from heat is negligible. but cumulative. maybe a 20 calorie diff in a 30 minute session. I can only stay in 15-25 minutes myself.
